About Linprop Realty
- Linprop Realty is a family-owned estate agency founded in 1992 by Eduard van der Linde.
- The company’s original focus was on industrial and commercial sales and rentals, but shifted
to residential sales in Linden and the surrounding areas after Daleen van der Linde joined the
business in 1996.
- Eduard has since started a town planning practice: Eduard van der Linde and Associates, but
maintains his involvement in the business in an advisory capacity.
- In 2007 Carina van der Linde joined her parents’ business to manage and expand the - then small - rental portfolio. Since then Linprop’s rental portfolio has grown steadily from
approximately 20 to more than a 100 properties being managed on a monthly basis.
- Today Linprop is a well-established agency in Linden and the surrounding areas, with hundreds
of loyal clients who have, over the years, become part of the Linprop family.
- Linprop has maintained and increased it's market share in the area - even in tough times like the
2008 / 2009 recession - and looks forward to continued success in the years ahead.

After qualifying as a teacher
in 1977 and teaching for a
brief period, Daleen worked
for a publishing company for
many years.
In 1996 she started her
career as estate agent
by being appointed sole
agent for her sister-in-law,
who clearly recognized
the personality traits which
make Daleen a talented and
successful estate agent.
After selling her first house
Daleen was hooked and
wrote the Estate Agency
Affairs Board’s examination,
did as many training courses
as she could and became
a Certified Residential
Specialist (CRS).
Many years and many, many
properties later, she still loves
the job.

Carina obtained a B.Com
Law and Honours degree in
Business Management before
joining Linprop in 2007.
Her forte is problem solving.
It is this ability to act as
an effective link between
property owners and tenants
that has enabled her to grow
the Linprop rental portfolio to
the size it is today.
Apart from managing the
rental portfolio, Carina is
becoming a sectional title
specialist, not only selling
sectional title units, but also
managing a few complexes.
