Linprop Realty is a family-owned, Linden-based estate agency founded in 1992 by Eduard van der Linde. In 1996, his wife Daleen joined him, focusing on residential sales in Linden and its neighbouring suburbs. In 2007, their daughter Carina became involved in the business to expand the rental portfolio, and in recent years, their son Andreas and adopted son Sipo Mohlahla also joined the business as property practitioners.
Eduard passed away in 2021, but his legacy lives on.
Today, Linprop is a well-established agency in Linden, with hundreds of loyal clients who have become part of the Linprop family. The focus is still on residential sales and rentals in Linden and surrounding areas, and the team of property practitioners is backed by a strong administrative team.
